As we continue to grow our international advisory business, we are looking for a commercially minded, creative and entrepreneurial Growth & Strategy Manager to work directly with our Founder & CEO.
This is a unique opportunity to play an important role in building and growing a premium executive advisory business.
Working closely with the Founder & CEO, you will help translate ideas, expertise and relationships into tangible business opportunities, compelling advisory offerings and high-impact initiatives.
The role sits at the intersection of business development, strategy, advisory product development, thought leadership and executive engagement.
You will also lead a small Business Support Team, coordinating priorities, delegating effectively and ensuring high-quality execution.
We are looking for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation. Someone who is intellectually curious, commercially astute, creative and comfortable taking ownership in an entrepreneurial environment.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple business disciplines rather than being confined to one narrow function.
You’ll have the responsibility to drive initiatives forward while coordinating a small team to deliver high-quality results.
This includes our CEO Loft platform at Davos and other executive engagement activities.
The position can be based in Zurich, Switzerland, with a hybrid working arrangement, or performed fully remotely from anywhere internationally.
Remote candidates must be available for sufficient overlap with European working hours.
Occasional travel to Zurich and participation in our annual Davos event are required.
